Se ha celebrado al fin la ceremonia de entrega de los Premios Emmy 2014 donde la serie destacada ha sido «Breaking Bad» por delante de otra de las favoritas «True Detective». En el apartado de comedia ha «brillado» con luz propia «Modern Family.
Premios Emmy 2014
La ceremonia 2014 de los Premios Emmy será recordada por ser la ceremonia en la que «Breaking Bad» se pudo despedir a lo grande. La serie de AMC se presentaba a la gala con la segunda mitad de su quinta y última temporada, emitida el año pasado, y para decir adiós nada mejor que llevarse hasta cuatro de los grandes premios de la noche.
La «cruz» de la moneda ha sido «True Detective» que si bien partía como favorita se ha tenido que conformar con el premio a la Mejor Dirección en serie dramática para Cary Joji Fukunaga.
En el apartado de comedia «Modern Family» ha vuelto a ganar como la mejor comedia por quinto año consecutivo, mientras que «Fargo» ha sido la mejor miniserie y «The Normal Heart» la mejor tv movie.
Al respecto de los momentos destacados podemos hablar del beso que Bryan Cranston le ha dado por sorpresa a Julia Louis-Dreyfus cuando esta ha sido premiada como Mejor Actriz de comedia por «Veep» o cuando el actor Billy Crystal ha recordado de manera especial a Robin Willams fallecido el pasado 11 de Agosto.
