Ya se ha dado a conocer la lista al completo de las series nominadas a los premios Emmy 2014 y en la que podemos decir que han destacado series que muchos ya dan por ganadoras como «Breaking Bad», «True Detective» y «Orange is the new black». Nominaciones EMMY 2014
Las nominaciones a los premios EMMY 2014 ya se han dado a conocer y como era de esperar «True Detective» y «Breaking Bad» destacan entre las nominadas ya que hace meses que se habla de un duelo entre ambas. Por un lado la serie de HBO es la serie de moda este año, y por el otro la serie de AMC hace un año que dijo adiós por lo que todavía podría acabar de despedirse por todo lo alto.
Por otro lado «Juego de Tronos» ha recibido cuatro nominaciones y aunque destaca como nominada en la categoría de Mejor Drama, todavía se le resiste el estar nominada en sus categorías principales de interpretación.
En cuanto a las comedias parece que «Orange is the new black»; mientras que «Fargo», «Sherlock», «American Horror Story : Coven» y «The Normal Heart» destacan en las categorías de tv movie y miniserie.
La 65 edición de los Emmy se celebrará el próximo se 25 de agosto en el Teatro Nokia de Los Ángeles y NBC será la cadena que la emita en directo por televisión. Seth Meyers presentará la gala.
